Default Questions for Meat

I was just wondering, since meat is now broseing these forums i think it would be quite a good idea if a new section was invented called "questions for Meat" so that the fans can ask Meat questions, and he can answer them if he isnt too busy, or if he likes the question. Obviously this will have to be cleared with Meat first, so Meat do you mind?
What do people think?

Edit: This one's sticky now. R.

I think that is a great idea, and it would make us the luckiest fans in the world .
If he would agree to do this,I think he'd have to let us know in advance what we are and what we are not allowed to ask about. For instance,if Meat does not want to answer questions about his personal life,we would respect that.Meat could even moderate his own forum .
C'mon Meat.Make our day .

This is great! Meat, I am 16 and in Canada. My question is pertaining to the new album and the tour which I am really excited about!

What other videos will be shot for this album I have watched the "Did I Say That?" video 12 times since 3 days ago and it is awesome.

Hope to hear from you, Meat (Fireball)

Hi Meat.
This question is a bit off topic, and if i've heard wrong this is going to sound a bit silly.
Is it true that you are a keen magician?I started in in the entertainment buisness as a magician and i've won a few awards for it.
What kind of magic are you primary interested in?Close up?Manipulation?Illusion?
Are you a member of any magical orginisations, and who are your influences?

Hi Meat/Fire Ball,

Do you know when you will be able to confirm the dates and venues (starting in July if I understand your earlier posts correctly) for the tour for the new album

Thanks for coming on to the forum! I know you must be very busy!

This idea is better, than that all of us send a PM to Meat. On all questions we will get an answer (or not), and everybody can read it!

I have a question Meat!
Will you do (a part of) Out Of The Frying Pan a few times on your new tour?

Hey Meat!! Its fantastic to hear from you on this forum. I've just seen you in "The 51st State" (or Formula 51), and thought you stole the show. But, and this is the point of the post, which films/actors/directors do you admire and would look to work with in the future?

Thanks

mikey

PS: I'm only 23 (only!!??) and have just discovered your music, so it looks as though your fanbase is growing all the time.

Hello Meat, I'm a really big fan of your music and the question I have for you are: Do you plan to shoot anymore music videos of any song on Couldn't Have Said It Better besides Did I Say That 'cause I'd be really interested! And do you plan to come to anywhere in the south of Ireland on your tour for the new album? Well my most favorite song and music video of yours is I'd Lie For You (And That's The Truth) and why I said about doing more videos is that I'd really like to see you do another video of that kind again! And I've been a fan for about nine or ten years and here's a bit about my personal life: I go to school in Scoil Triest, Glanmire and I'm in Class 4 and I'm getting ready to move to Class 5 this year and I do some of the things that the Senior Side do and they are:
Monday: Cookery
Tuesday: Art
Wednesday: Gardening
Thursday: Woodwork
And Friday: Pottery
I also have my break times which is at 11:00AM and 1:00PM. And they go on The Bikes if the weather is good, I reallly like The Bikes and there's this guy in Class 6 named Gary Fleming and he do be kind-of playing jokes when I'm on The Bikes and while I do be playing basketball with Nicholas (he's one of my friends) Gary would say something while passing by on his bike. He mostly says "Cheeky" and Nicholas would say "Cut it out Gary!" but here's what happened at big break at one stage Gary rides pass as always and he said a line from the seatbelt advertisment "The guy without the seatbelt did the damage" and I broke out laughing. My favorite Senior Side subject is The Bikes and I like it because of the Gary Fleming. My friends at school are: Paul Ryan, (He also does Senior Side subjects) Colm Monahan (Colm's very gidy) Nicholas O'Brien, (Same Nicholas that I was telling you about) and John Egan, (He does the Macarena), and Martin Roche (He burps alot and I says to him "Martin No Burping!") And off the school subject is one day I went down to my mom's house and brought my laptop down and I showed another friend of mine named John O'Sullivan the video of I'd Lie For You and he nicknamed you "The Madman" because you looked like a madman and sometime afterwards I gave a name to the thing were you kicked the door of the truck open near the end of it and it's called "The Lunatic Bang" it can also be refeared as The Psycho Bang or The Crazy Bang and I gave you a few nicknames in the videos over your style, here's the name and videos:
The Make-Up Man: Anything For Love.
The Madman: I'd Lie For You.
The Movies Man: Not A Dry Eye.
The "Concert" Madman: A Kiss
The 40s Man: Did I Say That
I've a few pictures on the laptop of you in your videos. And I don't have very much albums or videos but here's the list:
Welcome To The Neighbourhood.
Very Best Of.
Bat 2 Picture Show.
Live.
Hits Out Of Hell.
I'm also wondering is it possible to get Welcome To The Neighbourhood Live At The Beacon Theatre New York 1995 on video. And also tell me if your interested in the pictures I was mentioning and I can E-Mail them to you. And here's The Lunatic Bang anogram in case your interested:
The Lunatic Bang!
Only lunatics do that!
The Lunatic Bang!
Would you stop doing that!
The Lunatic Bang!
How many times have you done that?
The Lunatic Bang!
Why did you bang you're door?
The Lunatic Bang!
Only a lunatic would do that!
The Lunatic Bang!
MADMAN!!!!!
The Lunatic Bang!
You were tryin' a get away from the fire!
The Lunatic Bang!
The Madman gets tense!
The Lunatic Bang!
The Madman gets ready for The Lunatic Bang!
The Lunatic Bang!
The Madman does The Lunatic Bang! What does he be up to these days?
The Lunatic Bang!
Madman, would you just tell the whole world what you were thinking!
The Lunatic Bang!
You did that stunt about ten times today!
The Lunatic Bang!
You never get tired of doing that!
The Lunatic Bang!
Why you are The Madman? Why?
The Lunatic Bang!
Now that's the millionth time you did that!

And here's one note: The why you are the phrase was created by Colm Monahan when a couple of years ago whenever he saw my dad he would say to him "Why you are The Pizzaman? Why?"

Love ya!

Hi, Fire Ball! (Gee, I'm awfully glad you didn't add an 's' to the end of that! ) It's really wonderful of you to do this, when you've got to be incredibly busy with everything coming up!!

I have a question for you.

If the dates for the German tour in October and November have ALREADY been set, do you have any idea when the US dates will begin to appear? (...praying, nervously, that some N. California venues will be listed...)

Anyway, I LOVE the new single!!! Just can't stop playing it (my family will vouch for that--if they don't kill me or my CD player first!) So glad to hear that it's off to such a great start!!! Can't wait for the rest of the album!!

Hope the "River Deep" MP3 was useful, for whatever reason you needed it!

Take care and stop hurting yourself, will ya!!!! How's your toe??

I'll be watching you on Saturday!!!

Sending much love to you...

...and also to D, P and A!!

Hi Meat !

First of all I want to say Did I Say That is the most amazing song I've heard in a long time !!! It's absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to see you sing it live !!! And the use of imagery in the video was absolutely brilliant !!

Just a few questions :

(1) Will you be releasing a new live concert video anytime soon? I was lucky enough to see you 7 times on tour last year (September and December), and all of the shows were fantastic !!!

(2) Will you be releasing another video / single from the new CD? More specifically, one for Couldn't Have Said It Better? Or have you thought about releasing a DVD similar in format to BAT II Picture Show, combining both videos and live concert clips?

(3) And I know this sounds crazy, but I can't resist ) Did you ever find a place to hang up the Texas flag I gave you in Clearwater, FLA this past December? If not, I know I can get you a real good deal on an in-ground flag pole ... lol

Seriously though, enjoy the NBA Allstar weekend in Atlanta ) I'm looking forward to seeing you on tv Saturday night ! And I wish you continued success with DIST and the new CD !!!

Take care of yourself and hopefully I'll see you on tour next year!

Meat Loaf,

I've got a few questions, but won't bother you with them. But still i'm wondering, why did you cut of you hair?

I think that's a pitty, but well, that's me.

Fondly, Tim
