I know what your saying about its a difficult song to sing live, but I still think it was done live because Meat said a while ago that the only thing that was recorded was the wasted youth speech and the took the words speech etc and he said everythng else was live, and you know he's all about honesty isnt he!

As I am new to this, I'm not too sure of his comments. Did Meat say this before or after his rescheduled shows ?
He is all about honesty - except for when he said that this was the first time he sang FCOL live since 77. I saw him sing the whole thing live in Birmingham in '99 - and he said exactly the same thing then ! But thats what he's all about - entertaining people and making them feel that he is doing things especially for his fans
And it was a great opening - live or not
