At the grand old age of 54 years young, I have been there done it etc.,
I came out the other side, but you can only learn from experience and maturity and that apears to be sadly lacking on here sometimes, experience gives you the patience to get up and walk away from your computer, then return in a calm state of mind, the fingers do not get the urge to run away with themselves
One word of encouragement don't ever, ever allow someone elses words to wound you, words disappear into thin air, let the unhappiness go with them into oblivion and just :) and keep on :) ing.
