To answer question 1: I don't know, but there is a recording of Jim playing the piano for Heaven Can Wait (Meat introduces him) on Live Around The World. And it sounds to me like Jim performing Wasted Youth (to answer the other person's question). |
Jim wasn't playing the piano in Rotterdam.
Jim did Heaven Can Wait and Wasted Youth on Live Around The World, both recordings are recorded in New York september 1993.
