Okay. Is that good news?
So, I have to "clear my cache and history".
I deleted the cookies and history already but the "cache" I don't know what it is. Can you explain it to a simple of mind?

If you've cleared you cookies and history then you've cleared your cache generally speaking... what web browser do you use?Might make explaining and perhaps diagnosing things a little easier
