Not sure what your problem is here I'mk afraid Patricia... if you're getting a phpBB error then the implication to me is that it's at the MLUKFC servers end and not on your PC, but I'm not 100% certain on that. No one else seems to be claiming problems from what I can see.
All I can suggest is to clear your cache and history and have another go.
