I am not sure whether anyone has seen this or not but Yahoo Inc. have made proposals for changing the way their services works. They are implememnting charges for using Yahoo Mail (forwarding), Yahoo Groups and Website hosting (Geocities et al.). The first of these charges is for using Outlook Express or similar to read Yahoo emails and starts at the end of April.
