First you have to unzip them with WinZIP
Afterwards you "right click" on the desktop icon you want to change, then select "properties" (I hope this is the correct english word-my PC talks german- as me
). Then "change symbol" or something similar; now you have to remember to which file you had unzipped the icons
and choose one of it.
