Meat loaf is a niche market that almost everyone can relate to.
Breaks a few rules of logic to say that, but everyone who is willing to listen will find a Meat Loaf song they really really like, this cannot be said about many artists.
Whether its ya granny or ya nephew, whether is Bat Out Of Hell, Left In The Dark or I'd Do Anything For Love.... ALL (not most) will find one song (to rule them all... *cough* sorry,) that they love, if they are willing to listen to them (and not just hear them!).
