For those that don't know of him, he writes most of his own stuff, and many songs are long, split into 3 parts and tell a story. Lady in Red is NOT typical of him.
Other excellent concerts we enjoyed - Andrea Bocelli in Manchester last year, and several unforgetable ROY ORBISON concerts before he sadly died - one concert left me sobbing, I wanted more so booked for the following night in another town! Roy and Meat are my favourites, for differing reasons.

I have seen C De B many times and Lady in Red and a Spaceman came travelling are certainly his worst. He has some fantastic stuff like A Spanish Train and a few of the 3 parters are superb. I saw him once at Bournemouth and he was brilliant, we were standing room only but that meant we were 2 feet from the stage. This meant that when he asked for requests he heard us and did what we wanted (Broken Wings) and there was a good banter going on between him and those of us shouting
