All of us poor saps in the US have MONTHS to wait for the new album!! Have any fellow Americans ordered from overseas Amazons? What sort of shipping cost was it?

I'm in the US, and have ordered the CD directly from Amazon.com.uk. It says that it'll be shipped in 1-2 weeks (which is still better than having to wait until August !), and the total cost, including shipping is approx. $18.
The clip you're talking about is from Couldn't Have Said It Better ... I've only heard parts of it, but it's one of the most amazing things I've ever heard
If you want to turn it off when you're on the site, click on the small orange box, which looks like part of a media player, on the top right hand corner of the page.
