This might clear up some confusion. However I am wondering how to register a username and password if I'm already registered through this?

I'm guessing that your username from OIFC will carry over to the new site; I'm Kathy over there so I hope I will be Kathy on the new site. If I'm totally misunderstanding your problem just tell me to go away :)
