I first became a fan when my sister bought the Bat out of Hell Album in about 1981. I got married in 1983 and my husband became hooked as well, we went to our first concert in Hammersmith in 1985ish when i was pregnant with my first daughter, the kids have all been brought up on Meatloaf (they are the only cd's we have in the car) and we all went to the concert last night, sadly
the kids didn't see Meat at his best but they are still devoted fans and wish him all the best, get better soon big guy.
