I had GA tickets for Bruce at Madison Square Garden in my hot little cart, and when I clicked "Buy", I got an error and the tickets were gone (many reported the same problem).

My friend who works in IT happened to be sitting next to me at the time (he was also searching), and his explanation of what he thought happened was a bit too technical for me, but he said it was a problem in the system, and as users, there's nothing we can do about it. You would think with all the money TM charges they could correct these issues.
