Basically that's what bootlegs are. Alternatives when there is no official release. They should be shared/given among fans.
I have a load of Meat boots but none from a complete deadringer show. I would love to have one. Last year I was offered one for money. Absolutely affordable. It's against my principles though, so today I still have none.
