Always keep a well stocked drinks cabinet, then you will never have to worry when the pubs call last orders
Seeing more people after or during a drinking binge is a very common sympton, so you need have no worries there
what you do have to watch out for is that when you go to sit down it is actuallt the real chair and not the mirage. Believe me I know this is very painful and embarrassing
If you want to check and see if you are really being followed or watched I would suggest you put all your clothes on back to front and walk backwards. so you'll fool them and beable to see who it is following you
