I'm not referring to the book, I'm referring to the extract in the link that was posted on this forum.
I'm not blaming anyone for my having read the wretched article or denying that it was my choice to click the link. I did however say that the member who brought the thing to this forum mentioned nothing about Meat Loaf's behaviour other than things got a little crazy (which is rather vague) to suggest that people might not want to read the article.
