Who knows. I think Gore Vidal said it all. In fact Meat had a quote on it too. I know the response I will get, but you are correct that I have never been on any site, anywhere that compares even remotely.
That is me being honest about your post though I'm sure it will be seen as some buzz word or code word like "flaming" or "trolling". No it is not, it is called being honest. If being honest rocks a boat then at least I am in good company, we wouldn't have civil rights had people not been willing to stand up and speak their minds and be honest.

But first i feel I have to address a few points in the recent feedback threads. I see the name Gore Vidal mentioned here and his quote in Loaferman's sig "The Smell of the Weimar Republic is in the Air". I don't know Mr. Vidal, so I googled this quote. I didn't find the exact context, but I did find some references to the USA being a "police state", a "nazi state" and it seems to me that this is a proper interpretation. Your sig and the quote imply that you consider this as a "site controlled by nazis". Let me tell you this: I am german, I live in Germany and with regard to my interpretation above, I do consider this quote and your latest post an insult to me and the whole team. In fact, I have banned users for exactly this (temporarily, with the exception of one). Calling someone a Nazi by pulling the free speech card is so cheap and easy, that some people simply forget what this site is. It still is a private community, we have a set of rules and we clearly state that we will edit/remove posts we feel are inappropriate - with more or less leniency, depending on the staff member. Period. i usually have a very relaxed approached to this and I hardly interfere with moderation (unless you have a go at me personally), but recently I reported two of your posts. Here's the 1st one:

Btw, the "Weimarer Republik" was a democracy. The NSDAP got into power legally, they won the federal elections in 1932. Google "Machtergreifung".
