If I could suggest to those going to Las Vegas to stop by the Stratosphere Tower's Top of the World restaurant. It's a very good restaurant and is price right for the food that is served. You would never think it's as nice as it is just by looking at the casino.
It has views that are unparalleled in LV and at night it's spectacular! The restaurants turn 360 degrees (very slowly) so you get to see the valley many times over. Make reservations first so you can by pass the tower fee to go up even if it's just for dessert. There are three amusement rides at the very top of the tower that I highly recommend plus the tower sky jump. I've also done that and it worth every penny!
