Fair enough. But getting respect isn't a one way street.
The assumption that people think its about ONE mail is also a false one. And very clear in the replies in here (although some have been butchered in the cutting room). I think I had it put into the right words, from my perspective, explaining what my personal issues with the entire situation are. Again, bad editing makes it perhaps less clear but the assumption this is about ONE e-mail is nonetheless a false one.
