perhaps we should go the other way and close down for six weeks during the school summer hols and re-open in september. By then everyone will be refreshed, sunburnt and positively bursting to go!
i realise this would be a complete non-starter but, personally, forseeing a hectic august without much activity on here, taking a break and knowing i haven't missed anything would be ideal.
so, i propose that we go back to our innocent childhoods and go and play in the fields for the summer.
