I think the content of the message sent by Razorball to Meat was in a word rude and if it were me the message was sent to I would hope that something would be done about it.
This doesn't apply to the majority of members here but occasionally it seems like there will be one individual who will take their 'opinion' too far and use it as an excuse to create conflict amongst the membership of this board.
