It sounds to me like a guy who's blown a gasket, realized he's over reacted, and feels sorry for his actions.
Over reaction and remorse for it is not something that is exclusive to the rich and famous.
I think a post like that posted here would go a long way to healing the wounds here, but personally I know how he's feeling, and I don't
need to hear him say it.
If he chooses to say it here, it would be appreciated.
It's not always easy to apologise because you f*cked up, that's why it sometimes means so much.
