I was exaggerating to make a point - but there is a large sycophantic element here in my opinion.

Its a tough job I agree, but I'm not aware (but I'm sure you'll correct me if I'm wrong) that anyone reports the overly sycophantic posts, but anything perceived to be critical tends to get pounced on or reported, and then deleted as a result.
