I don't know if it's just me but WTTN doesn't seem as rare as you think, if you're using eBay. I've seen it show up a few times now. CHSIB on the other hand...
Edit: Pity about HIAHB. I was hoping they would. But then I suppose the collectors might want all the different covers in vinyl form, which I suppose the record company doesn't want. Well, they could have released Very Best... Echoes: Best of Pink Floyd was released as a four disc vinyl set.
