Many years ago, when Hadrians Wall was a heavily defended area, a Roman legionaire heard a Scottish rebel shouting abuse at him from behind some bushes.
Thinking he'd teach the ~~~~~~~ a lesson, he sent out 10 of his men to give him a thick ear.
After a few moments of commotion, the voice resumed it's scathing attack on it's opinion of Roman manhood.
This time the legionaire sent out 50 men.
Again, after a few minutes fighting the rebel was again heard cursing the Romans.
By now the legionaire was getting a wee bit pissed off, and so sent 100 of his crack troops to sort him out.
This time, after a few minutes carnage, a lone survivor from the Roman guard crawled slowly and bloodily back to base, while the voice continued to taunt them.
"What happened?" demanded the legionaire.
"It was an ambush sir" the survivor replied.
"There were two of them".
