I thought that Jimmy was pretty anal about keeping rights to his songs after the whole BOOH thing where neither ML or JS were getting any royalties?. It was also a reason why Celine Dion didn't do 'Is Nothing Sacred'

He doesn't seem like a guy who would sell his publishing rights.
