Whoa!! Meat definitely looks fabulous. (Well, we knew that anyway.  ) But, comparatively speaking, he's definitely been on the right track. 
I know he uses GNC vitamins (imo, the absolute best!), and being an avowed non-smoker has perhaps played a role too.
Very impressive.
