If you mean to block a linked connection from forum/site to twitter, you can delete a networked connection (for the future). You can delete a posted tweet but only on your twitter feed/page, you can't re-wind or delete a tweet once posted. It makes the rounds of twittersphere and may at some point disappear but unlikely. Tweets are permanent. Does that answer your question?
