To judge from all the facebook comments for this post Meat was rocking them bigtime in Brisbane - nothing else expected here
! So I hope all this positive feedback picks him up again!
The shows with the MSO in 2004 and of course the Night-Of-The-Proms concerts already proved how great a classical orchestration worked with his music. So I think a violinplayer is a great addition to complement the band.
Just hope Ginny keeps to playing the violin and some background vocals.
The way Meat & Patti interacted and performed/ rearranged the songs since CC left was just perfect - so never change a winning concept!
