Thanks for the info Mercury Blues. I saw it there, but I've spent far too much in the last 6 months on assorted Meat Loaf items and my credit card balance (and my husband!) are getting a bit....uncomfortable. So, I'm trying to go on the cheap and buy things on Ebay now. (Particularly since I sell fairly often on Ebay and I have a Paypal balance- it doesn't seem like "real" money when it comes off that) Ah, denial....
I think if I don't find Everything That Rises and Rustin on ebay soon I may have to go the amazon route.

Edit: OK, I lasted a good 10 minutes after I posted this....then I ordered it on Half.com for a scant $6.50 with shipping included! I shall be seeing Cowboy Meat soon!
