If a member of the mod team requests that a thread follows a certain direction, and subsequent posts go against that request then we as the team have the right to edit or delete as appropriate.
Sometimes we are able to go back and "clean" a thread of previous posts but in this instance it would have made the thread unreadable.
Everything is discussed as a team, usually before, but if not after moderation has happened. All reported posts are discussed as are threads in the feedback section, please be assured that everything is taken into consideration.
