Most of the their biggest hits are owned by Sony/ATV, a joint business owned by the Michael Jackson and Sony, but I think he put up his share in as collateral for a loan with Barclays, who are his largest creditor .. so what happens to his stake in them will no doubt take years to resolve! Isn't it estimated he had debts of around $500m
