I understood that Youtube automatically terminate an account on removing a third video. The "Three strikes and you're out" rule. It's a risk you take with them surely, and an assumption that Meat himself requested their removal. It might have been someone working on his behalf who picked up on them, and who would perhaps be unlikely to write to you personally and ask for their removal.
