I like Cyndi, though I think she's a bit eccentric, as are many creative people; nothing wrong with that.

I don't think it hurt Cyndi's chances at all- she actually went pretty far. I was kind of surprised Donald fired her when he did- it seemed obvious (to me, anyway) that he was fond of her.
One thing to remember is that the contestants also need to be able to get along with their teammates, because it is the team that decides who to put up for elimination.
I probably would have watched this season anyway, because I kind of got hooked on it last year (I would have liked to have seen Sharon Osbourne win, but I was very happy for Brett Michaels), but if Meat's on I will definitely watch.
