I agree with you ( hold on let me mark this down in my calendar
). I think Jim Steinman is a genius. But is his use of God Damn clever, outstanding or distinctive? No. I don't take offense to it, but other's might. Why say God Damn in the first place? Is it for shock value? It doesn't add anything. I get that you don't like the use of the word f**k in the song. Some don't have a problem with it. I personally don't mind. I like the song. It's different and I believe that's wherein the problem lies.
