Musically it works? Pizazz? is the lamest excuse ever to go beyond the acceptable boundaries of what we've come to expect from Meat Loaf lyics. I absolutely don't have any problem with singers swearing and telling about girls who ~~~~ you but don't give me this crap. I expect this from Eminem. I don't expect this from Meat Loaf. It's downright embarrassing in my opinion.
In my opinion Meat Loaf surrounded himself with the wrong song writers for this one. He doesn't need to resort to those kind of lyrics to make his music work. If he keeps doing that I'm off for sure. Meat Loaf used to offer a "safe" rock n roll environment, with indeed sexual innuendoes all over the place but not songs about girls ~~~~ing you and how big your dick is. Take those innuendoes out and change lyric style to be more direct and different is bound to alienate fans. The innuendoes I find clever and often poetic, the ~~~~ing and dicks I find rather dumb.
