Perhaps an extreme eg :) .. but my point was that when we believe it's important we
can communicate,
can get things right .. so it's possible .. as I used to say to my British Rail courses when they wailed "But we could never get the trains to run on time; you'll never achieve zero defects. 90% is tough enough" .. if you don't aim to you certainly won't .. and ask yourself, if you took your child into the emergency room, would you hope they were aiming for zero defects, however impossible that seems .. and if not, how do you make sure you're not one of the 10% ..
And of course they are still not getting the trains to run on time!! .. :) They often say to fail to prepare is to prepare to fail .. well to prepare to fail is to make it a self-fulfilling prophecy!!
