Fair enough but I think you are missing the point. This guy wants people to view his videos. He has been posting several karaoke ones. Surely if he was offended himself he would disable comments, remove the vids or stop making them. Instead he is getting encouragement to do more and if anything it is probably educating a whole bunch of numbnuts youTubers what tourettes is all about, probably the vast majority of viewers wouldn't even contemplate watching a documentary about tourettes.
If the guy is happy to do this I say go for it.
