It depends on so much, as Lucy says the course makes a great difference.
Of the choices you listed I've heard good things about either Sheffield Hallam or Newcastle.
Anglia is in Norwich isn't it? Which is the arse end of nowhere so I'd give that one a wide berth, and studying English in Wales just doesn't sound right (sorry Sean!) so that rules out Aberystwyth University!
And going off topic a little bit ... Slice you must have been drinking under age (and legally for a year or two) in and around Ringwood when I lived in that area. You probably got diapproving looks from me and my mates when you tried to get served
