Does anyone have much knowledge about parking tickets??
Here's my question...
Can parking wardens ("Civil Enforcement Officers" as they now appear to be called) issue 2 separate PCNs for same offence in same location 10 mins apart - when vehicle has not moved in between - then only inform you of 1 of them?
I.e. issue first at 10:13 & issue no physical notice. Then issue second at 10:23 and place physical notice onto vehicle. Therefore you pay the second one (issued 10:23), because you are aware of it, and believing this to be end of the issue - yet a month later receive a "Notice to Owner" demanding even higher payment (due to failure to pay within 14 days) in reference to the first one (of which you have not been informed).
