I will address Doode's original post which I have restored (including Tink's reply) and this will be the last post in this thread on this matter.

This thread was never intended to be a discussion thread, it should always have been an informative one. I agree, the whole story should have been handled differently. Fact is, we agreed to support the campaign, but we were not and I repeat NOT running the campaign. Please note the two words "support" and "run" and try to understand the difference.

And should your fridge at home explode for some reason (ask AndyK for details ), feel free to post an official complaint to the fridge company here too. We're the official fridge company complaint web site. We just love in-depth complaint discussions with a certain degree of personal insults. These threads are so refreshing.

Seriously, the post you mentioning should have been a private message or should have been posted at the fridge company's site - they have one with a blog and a forum, both pretty easy to find.
