You tell the woman to hang in there and keep fighting this thing!! I understand entirely about the Internet being a lifeline!! I was SO isolated, myself, before the Net! Even if you have a lot of friends, after a while, they slowly disappear because they don't understand what is happening to you and why you can't do this and you can't go there...
Now, look at all of us in this forum, for example--I would never have gotten to know some many wonderful Dutch people or German or British, Australian, New Zealanders....The web has truly made this a better world, I think, for a lot of us (even with the problems it also brings along).
Anyway, thank you and a continued thanks to all of you who are writing to me privately, as well!! It's been quite a day for me here and it certainly has helped to put ME in a party mood!!
