No its not, I read this to Flying Mouse, and I am afraid it rings so true,

Once upon a time our NHS instilled so much pride in the people who actually work in it, and the patients who have to use it
My husband and I are lucky enough to live near a private clinic in Brentford which will very shortly be open for all minor injuries, fractures etc., with state of the art equipment, and walk in of the street type injuries.
It'll be worth every penny we spend there., if their services are required. Already spent many thousands on private care anyway
