How could I know that is was you who posted, you didn't log in. As for being rude, I'm sick of repeating myself that I don't want to have any links to copyrighted material on these forums. Read the rules in the announcement forum! Of course, it isn't stated explicitly there, so read between the lines. If you don't like my policy, then go away. It's that easy.

Honestly, I do not care if you cannot see a problem with posting links to copyrighted material. I see a problem and I'm telling you why. I know at least one Meat Loaf related site that was just a second away from being shut down just because of this. mlukfc.com is hosted in Germany, this means german laws apply here. To be precise, we are responsible for each and every link which is posted here. If we link to something illegal (according to German laws) because somebody posted that link in the forums, we are the bad guys. Furthermore you should be aware that Polydor Records visits this site and the forums. How do I know? Check the latest promophotos in our gallery and imagine who gave me these photos. I certainly don't want any trouble with Meat's record company.

I try to explain it differently: Imagine, you would post a link to Yahoo where you can download CHSIB. As soon as I find you post I'm going to report your connection details to your internet provider. Your internet provider will check my complaint about illegal downloads and if they think that you abused their resources, they're going to start some legal action against you. It's that easy. Don't think that you are anonymous while posting here. Got it now?
