Meat Loaf has audio recordings of all his live shows. He probaly has thousands stashed away in his house I think. He doesn't have the final say on what gets released or when.. that's the record company's decision. If they think they'll make plenty of €€€€€ by doing what you mentioned above, then their in on it. But if it doesn't have a chance of making plenty of €€€€ then there's no hope I'm afraid.
