As a frequent concert/gig-goer I really agree with all of those points, the drunk/high people "making out" while leaning on me in particular does my head in.
"Thou shalt not throw your drinks over others" and "Thou shalt not crowdsurf" should both be on there too IMO although admittedly they only really apply for smaller/heavier standing gigs.
