This is not 1977 and I wouldn't call him an
outlaw hard rocker (he doesn't look like one anymore, too).
Having accidentally seen some recent children's TV programs, I think there are worse things than a "hard rocker".
To Catch A Yeti was a movie for kids, wasn't it? Or remember the celebrities who appeared on
Sesame Street, for example. The guy is an actor and can be quite funny, I don't think that his appearance on that show might be a problem.
