It seems that CHSIB is going to be released in Germany on april 14th (different version than on the album).
Meat will be doing promotion for this from march 28th - april 4th. March 29 he will sing CHSIB at a boxingmatch.
Please check the German-site to see if I got it right, because I'm Dutch and NOT good at reading german! Anyway, Very good news!
