I think the version of Bat Out Of Hell was recorded at Wembley 1982 - the same gig as the Live video was recorded.
On the subject of Deadringer Long version - Meat says on the Chris Tetley interview that he doesn't know what that means and to be honest neither do I cos it's the same as the normal version.
